Kaye Davis's Interbeing is a study of connection: between land and memory, natural forms and human markers, what remains and what changes.
The exhibition moves through two related bodies of work. Markers in the Landscape considers trees, hedges, pylons and traces as points of presence. Strata of Memory & Landscape layers time and place into quiet compositions that resist a single reading.
A contemplative practice
Davis works with restraint. Her minimalist landscapes invite stillness, allowing subtle relationships between light, surface and memory to emerge.
